1. Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use Petty.
2. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be removed immediately.

2. Account Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
2. You must provide accurate and truthful information.
3. You may not share your account with others.

3. User Conduct

3.1 You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other users.
• Share sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonate others, create fake accounts, or catfish.
• Use Petty for human trafficking, exploitation, or unlawful activity.

3.2 Petty has a zero tolerance policy for harassment, underage use, fraud, or exploitation. Violators will be banned permanently.

3. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel separately through Apple/Google.
